Best BBQ in town! First time trying the place after moving to the NW heard about it through many people. It did not disappoint. Arrived to lines of people getting orders. Did the Wed full rack of ribs special included corn on the cobs and potato salad for 18 bucks and change and 2 meat side order of hot links and burnt ends with mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and corn bread. Lots of meat per order and although the sides look small in the regular size cups they are rich and filling with the meat so don't make the same mistake I did thinking you need more and order too much sides. The spicy bbq sauce is definitely spicy but delicious. Definitely coming back ...order pick up recommended during colder temps if not eating outside.

This place knows how to smoke meat. I tried a little of everything and it was all tasty. The sides were great as well. Decent portion sizes. This place is odd when you first see it, but the food is delicious and the service is fantastic.

I went for the Wednesday Full Rack Baby Back Ribs, Side Potato Salad, (2) Half Corn on the Cobs ($18.50). Friendly Staff. There is only outdoor seating (Tables & Benches). Best time for outdoor eating is during the Spring and Fall. Summer is too Hot to eat outside, one can always take it to go during the Summer. Overall a nice experience, 4 1/2 stars.

Another yummy bbq place in Vegas, making a total of 3 lol. Was hoping to go to one of them while on this side of town but they were closed Tuesdays so we ended up here. I love the system they have though. Very efficient. Get a water while you wait, and decide from one of the many menus outside, or if you're lucky like we were you can get a recommendation from a repeat customer. Inside was kind of full so we stayed outside til it thinned out more. A super sweet lady came outside to take our order and helped us make a couple sides decisions. We did the 3 meat platter with smoked chicken (was recommended over pulled), brisket and tri tip (only available Tuesday/Thursday) and our repeat customer line neighbor recommended the burnt ends dinner. Two sides for each, Mac n cheese, chili, Cole slaw and another employee recommendation of baked beans. She also told us that inside you can sample whatever you want! We did cornbread and a slider roll. Finally we got inside and it's cafeteria style on the left, and the meat counter/butcher shop on the right. I didn't take a pic of their offerings and I'm bummed about it. But we tasted the pulled pork - absolute fire, and chicken, not bad but the pork was the star. We also tried the greens, they're ok, I just had a bunch of my aunts and moms and they can make some greens! So it wasn't a comparison. Woman wanted yams or sweet potatoes and we got both bbq sauces. Hot & mild. We sat outside as to try everything hot. The cornbread is like a sweet little cake. Not a big fan of it but was curious and if you like it sweeter you'll appreciate it. The greens weren't bad, but the Mac really grew on me! The tri tip, and brisket were smoky perfection. The brisket had the perfect marble/fattiness that made it melt in the mouth. The chicken was also falling off the bone tender and smoky deliciousness. I assumed the burnt ends were pork but they are beef. The sauce is the perfect accompaniment for them. The sauce!!!!! So stinking good. Not too sweet, it makes the bbq pop, especially the burnt ends. Woman said the slider tasted homemade and transported her to childhood. I'm not a big bake beans fan but I tasted them, she enjoyed them and the Cole slaw. The chili was yummy, beanless, my fave! I saved it, and added a bunch of cheese and some sour cream at home. The worst part of the experience was the bees WOULD NOT leave us alone!!! It was so hard to sit and eat and talk as a result. But that's literally the worst thing I can say. I went and got more sauce to go, and sampled a rib. Really did us a disservice not having pork on the plate. Our cat loves ribs so we gave the majority of it to him but it was heaven too! We got a peach cobbler which we paired w some haagen daz vanilla bean and it was perfect. Not too sweet or soupy. All in all it was an amazing experience and I'm glad it's kinda far bc they'd be getting all my money lol. Service was fantastic. Everyone inside was just as kind and courteous, especially sample lady! Such a great experience, I'll definitely be back!

My friends shared their favorite bbq spot in Vegas. Definitely worth the trip off of the strip. Pro tip: lines get long so we got here before they opened. This where we learned that their butcher side opens at 9! Line starts outside and a friendly staff comes out and takes your order. I like how if you're in a big group you can individually order and not have to worry about the split check. My friend was kind enough to also get a three meat combo so I can sample all the meats. Out of all the selections I liked the hot links, pulled pork, pork ribs, and Tri tip (only served on Tuesday and Thursday). I really liked their baked beans and greens for my side. But honestly the perfect bite was Mac and cheese topped with beans. I'm not a big soda drinker but I think with bbq it's a must and it also needs to be a Dr Pepper, which they had different variations of. After you order you walk in , and another staff gets your plate together. Then you check out! My friends and I ate outside in the tables! While In line we met two locals and they raved about the spot. Their pro tip was: get the links cut up! Two days later - before we checked out of the hotel - we came at 9 to pick up some hot links from the butcher. And just like their grill side, people lined up before opening. What a great souvenir from Vegas! Definitely worth coming back to!

I wish this was closer to us because we'd go more often now that we finally tried it! I've been wanting to visit for the longest time because we've been searching for a good BBQ spot in Vegas and we've been disappointed a lot. Not this place! Totally worth the drive-- just know there might be a wait depending on what day and time you go. My husband and I shared the 3 meat combo and got the Brisket, Pulled Pork and Rib Tip. My favorite out of three was the pulled pork, whatever sauce they put in it is yum. The Brisket was also cooked to perfection. Be sure to get the hot sauce to dip it in, truly makes the experience that much better. Loved all three of our sides and the peach cobbler to finish.

BBQ spots are all different especially based off location in the US so it depends on what you fancy....southern, midwest and everywhere else. I am used to KC BBQ, this is a bit different with the spices and type of BBQ. This place has HUGE portions and a side selection that really makes you think about what you want to eat. The servers were helpful and super friendly. Hot link dinner, was huge and could easily feed 2 people, comes with two sides of your choice and covered in BBQ sauce. These were good and a big portion and even better the next day. The side to get is the mash potato and gravy hands down....tried chili, Mac and cheese, potatoe salad and collard greens. The cornbread is the star of the menu - sweet and hot and good to eat! The rib tips and hot links dinner also comes with two sides, and good portions. These were ok but probably would try something different next go round. The pulled pork sandwich was basic, but that is a normal pork sandwich. Don't sleep on the Catcus Cooler pop - you won't be disappointed and will surely pick up a case or 2 liter at your friendly neighborhood store after having one. ;) Pass on the regular bbq sauce go with the spicy. It doesn't have a lot of heat and was our choice over the regular.

When I search for the best barbecue in Vegas, this is what came up. Well, it did not disappoint! It is north of Vegas in the neighborhood. Once you find it, you will know you're there. Because of the great smell of smoking meat, and long lot of people and cars. I came on a Saturday, so they have a different flow than on weekdays. Started off the sample of their gumbo, which was spicy and super flavorful. It is pork free if that is your jam. Then I got the three meat platter with rib, tips, pork, and sliced sausage. I got the coleslaw and macaroni salad sides. All the meats were phenomenal, that sausage/red links was amazing. The law is a little on the Drye side not my favorite, but the macaroni salad was definitely homemade and very good. Super nice folks there at John Mulls. And the day out with they had live music.
